Effective May 2026. Read these in plain English before paying a deposit.
1. Who you are agreeing with
Angazé Systems Group Limited (Angazé), a Kenyan limited company, KRA PIN P000000000X, registered office at 124 Manyani East Rd, Nairobi, Kenya. By paying a deposit or using this site you accept these terms.
2. What we will deliver
The scope of every engagement is the package you selected at checkout (Starter, Growth, Scale, or Care) as described on the Pricing page on the day of payment. We will deliver each item listed under "Includes" for that package within the stated timeline.
3. What we need from you
- Final copy, photos, and brand assets within five working days of kickoff.
- One named decision-maker available on Friday demos.
- Domain access and any third-party service credentials we agree to integrate.
If you are unable to provide these and the project stalls for more than 30 days, we may pause the build. We will resume on receipt of materials. Lost slot fees may apply.
4. Payments
- Studio: a 50% deposit is paid by M-Pesa STK push at checkout. This secures your build slot. The 50% balance is paid on delivery (a green production deployment plus the demo signed off in writing).
- Stack: subscription is billed monthly in advance via M-Pesa standing order. Transaction fees of 1% are settled monthly against successful paid orders.
- Grow: monthly fee of KES 30,000 is billed in advance. Revenue share is billed quarterly against agreed baselines.
- All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are exclusive of any third-party fees you may incur (domain, hosting, third-party APIs).
5. Intellectual property
- On full payment, you own the codebase, content, and any custom designs we produced for you.
- We retain the right to refer to the project in our portfolio and case studies, unless you opt out in writing before kickoff.
- Open-source libraries used in the build remain under their original licences.
6. Confidentiality
We treat your business information as confidential. We will not share it with third parties except as needed to deliver the service (for example, with our hosting or payment partners).
7. Warranties
We warrant that our work is original, that we have the right to deliver it, and that for two weeks after launch we will fix any bugs in our build at no extra cost. We do not warrant uninterrupted service of third parties (Safaricom, Vercel, Cloudflare, etc.).
8. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from a single engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost revenue, lost data, lost opportunity).
9. Refunds and cancellation
Refunds are governed by our Refund policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction.
