How Grow works

We pick 12
Each cohort is small on purpose. We review every application personally and look for businesses with real demand, real ambition, and a willingness to be coached.

We build the system
Months 1 and 2 we ship the storefront, payment flow, WhatsApp ordering, inventory, deliveries, whatever the business needs to scale beyond manual.

We run the playbook
Months 3 to 12 we work alongside you weekly: pricing, retention, customer service, hiring, paid acquisition when it makes sense. Outcomes, not deliverables.

We share the upside
Fixed monthly fee covers the system and the work. A small revenue share above an agreed baseline aligns us. If you don't grow, we don't earn the share.

One fee. One share. Aligned, not transactional.
A flat monthly fee for the system and the team, plus a share of the growth we drive. If we do not grow your revenue, you pay no share that quarter.

Covers Stack, the playbook, weekly working sessions, and dedicated engineering. Flat for the 12-month engagement.
Revenue share
10% of growth
Of revenue above the baseline we agree at the start. Uncapped, because we believe in our own playbook. Zero growth, zero share.
Baseline locked during admissions. The model is alignment: when you win, we win with you.
